Hearts for All Golf Outing

Ladies on the Links Scramble
8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
This women’s golf classic is an 18-hole, four person scramble to benefit the DMH Cardiovascular Programs for women. Each golfer’s registration includes: Green fees, Golf card rental, breakfast, gift bag, raffle ticket, beverages and gourmet luncheon.
Richard & Dorothy Ammann Golf Classic
12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
This 18-hole, four person scramble benefits the DMH Heart & Lung Institute.
Each golfer’s registration includes: Green fees, Golf card rental, lunch, gift bag, raffle ticket, beverages and dinner.

The memory of your loved one will shine through a single light at the main entrance of the hospital, enriching the spirit of the season, and the lives of others through the hospice way of caring at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Proceeds benefit the DMH Hospice Program.
